Burnley Together's School Uniform Shop

Participation Works are proud to work in partnership with Burnley Together to co-ordinate the provision of free school uniforms for anyone who needs them.

In Summer 2022, we supported Burnley Together to set up a shop in Burnley Town Centre, where people were able to come in and select what they needed. A local artist decorated the shop front, and Primark kindly donated mannequins and clothes hanging stands, so the shop had an authentic feel. The shop looked great, and it gave customers the dignity of choosing what their children needed in a bright and welcoming environment. We are looking forward to working in partnership on future projects - watch this space!
