Detached Youth Work

As well as our mobile youth provision, the Youth & Community Van, our team of experienced youth workers work on the ground, engaging with young people in the town centre and communities, right where they are.

Working in partnership with the Police, Town Centre retailers and the Burnley Town Centre BID Team, we help to identify areas that are experiencing issues with ASB. We then visit these areas, engaging directly with those young people, finding out the issues that are affecting them and signposting to relevant services.
